1. No Refund Policy
All purchases are strictly non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, no cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange must be requested within 3 days from the date of purchase
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Exchange is only applicable for items of equal or higher value
- Customers must pay the price difference (if applicable)
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
- Promotional or clearance items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof
- We will assess and offer a replacement if the claim is valid
5. Gold Price Fluctuation
Gold prices are subject to market fluctuations. Therefore:
- Exchange or trade-in value will be based on the current gold price at the time of exchange, not the original purchase price

- Provide your order details and reason for exchange
- Wait for confirmation from our team
- Visit our store or arrange delivery (delivery costs are borne by the customer)
